Joe Shenton III
Who I am
Music has been a growing love for me ever since I was given my first guitar at 13. It was a slow build when I first started, but within the first couple of years of me playing, I dreamed of a career being up on a stage performing music I wrote. During this time of discovering my dream, I decided to go to school to not only further enhance what I already knew about music, but to also start learning about music production. I figured (still do) that the best way for me to make the music I write to sound good is for me to produce it myself. After I graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with an Associates degree, I transferred to Salisbury University and started working towards a degree in Music Technology, discovering a newfound love within the audio world. 3 and a half years later, beating stage 3 testicular cancer in the process, I have graduated, earning Magna Cum Laude honors in the process.
